Article 1 - Definitions

Article 3 - Applicability
- These general conditions apply to every offer of the entrepreneur and any agreement reached at a distance between businesses and consumers.

Article 5 - The contract

Article 6 - The price

Article 8 - Delivery and execution

- Subject to what is stated in Article 4 of these terms and conditions, the company will implement accepted orders expeditiously within 30 days unless a longer delivery has been agreed. The consumer in this case has the right to terminate the agreement without penalty.

- Additional terms and conditions for PayPal payments
We are forced to charge a fee for accepting PayPal payments because PayPal also charges us costs.
These costs are never refunded by PayPal in the event of an order cancellation. We can therefore only refund you the ‘real’ amount that we have received from PayPal.
We ask you to take this into account before choosing PayPal payment.
We recommend another online payment method that is cheaper or the completely free IBAN banktransfer.
